Owner Mike Gilbert: I'm an honest hardwarking man. An Army Veteran, Father and Husband, and God-Loving man (God, Country, and Family).
I have 20+ years experience working in the construction industry . I worked my way from the bottom in the trades for many years before carrying job titles such as Vendor Manager, Construction Superintendent, and Warranty Specialist. I love Construction and value being hands on versus running things from behind a phone or computer. So I will always be on the job with a tool belt on!

When I named the company I took from one of the seven Army Values; "Integrity". That word means a lot to me. I apply it to everything I do. When combined with quality craftsmanship, flexibility, and good communication- I believe it makes for lasting relationships with clients and vendors.
